About the Legion of Mary
The Legion of Mary, a ministry of It Is Well Living Church, is a worldwide lay apostolic association that seeks to serve the Church and advance the reign of Christ through the intercession and imitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Our Mission
At Our Lady of Victory Church in New York, NY, the Legion of Mary strives to bring the love and teachings of Jesus Christ to our local community. Through prayer, visitation of homes, and various apostolic works, we aim to lead others to a deeper understanding of their faith and a closer relationship with God.
Meeting Information
We gather every Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM in the Parish Hall. Our meetings consist of the recitation of the Rosary, spiritual readings, discussions on evangelization, and planning upcoming events. All are welcome to join us, regardless of age or experience.
Activities and Apostolic Works
The Legion of Mary actively engages in various apostolic works to serve the community and spread the message of God's love. Some of our activities include:
