Worship Services

During the Christmas season, our church hosts a variety of worship services to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. We firmly believe in worshiping together as a community, and we invite you to join us for these special services.

Christmas Eve Services

On December 24th, we hold multiple Christmas Eve services to accommodate different schedules. Our candlelight services at 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 9:00 PM create a serene and reverent environment where we gather to reflect on the meaning of Christmas. The services include heartfelt worship, inspiring messages, and traditional Christmas carols.

Christmas Day Service

On December 25th, we come together for a joyous Christmas Day service at 10:00 AM. This service provides an opportunity for us to celebrate the birth of Christ as a community. Join us as we sing hymns of praise, listen to a special message, and embrace the joyous spirit of Christmas.

Holiday Events

In addition to our worship services, we host various holiday events throughout the Christmas season. These events foster a sense of community, allowing us to come together and experience the joy of Christmas in unique ways.

Christmas Concerts

Our annual Christmas concerts are highly anticipated events that showcase the immense talent within our church community. Featuring a combination of traditional and contemporary music, these concerts are sure to uplift your spirit and set the tone for a memorable Christmas season. Check our event calendar for concert dates and times.

Children's Christmas Program

We believe in nurturing the faith of our youngest members, and our Children's Christmas Program is a testament to that commitment. Children have the opportunity to participate in a heartwarming performance, retelling the story of Jesus' birth through song and drama. It is a cherished tradition that brings joy to both the participants and the audience.

Christmas Outreach Initiatives

Christmas is a time of giving and spreading love. As a church, we engage in various outreach initiatives during the holiday season to support the less fortunate in our community. From food drives to gift donations, we actively seek ways to make a positive impact on those in need. Join us in our efforts to bring hope and joy to others this Christmas.

Cherished Traditions

At the It Is Well Living Church, we hold several cherished traditions that make our Christmas celebrations truly special. These traditions have been passed down through generations and continue to be an integral part of our church community.

Midnight Mass

As the clock strikes midnight on Christmas Eve, we gather for a solemn and beautiful Midnight Mass. This age-old tradition allows us to welcome the birth of Christ and rejoice in His presence among us. Join us as we sing hymns, pray, and partake in the Eucharist in this sacred celebration.

Advent Calendar

We observe the Advent season leading up to Christmas by using an Advent calendar. Each day, we come together as a community to unveil a new message or scripture reading that builds anticipation and prepares our hearts for the true meaning of Christmas. The Advent calendar adds a sense of wonder and excitement to the season.

Decorating the Church

One of our favorite traditions is decorating the church for Christmas. Members of our congregation come together to adorn the sanctuary with beautiful ornaments, wreaths, and a stunning Christmas tree. The process fosters a sense of unity and creates a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter.

Carol Singing

Throughout the month of December, we organize carol singing events where our congregation goes out into the community to spread Christmas cheer through song. Singing traditional carols alongside fellow believers strengthens our bond as a church family and brings joy to those who hear our heartfelt melodies.

Conclusion

At the It Is Well Living Church, Christmas is a time of celebration, reflection, and unity. Our worship services, holiday events, and cherished traditions create a meaningful and joyous atmosphere for all who join us. We invite you to be a part of our Christmas celebrations this year and experience the true spirit of the season. May this Christmas be a time of renewed hope, love, and faith as we come together to honor the birth of Jesus Christ.
