ABOUT REV. KAHLIL CARMICHAEL
Rev. Kahlil Carmichael is an ordained minister of the gospel who is the founder and Pastor of It is Well Living Church. His unique divine purpose in ministry is to help all people grow spiritually and improve physically! He has dedicated himself as a Pastor and spiritual leader who not only professses the benefits of living authentically through the tenets of the Christian faith but lives by the principle of maintaining a close personal relationship with the Father through the Son!
It is this relationship that empowers Kahlil to serve at It Is Well Living church and embrace this unique ministry calling!
As an entrepreneur he has been blessed to further “minister” to clients in the area of physical fitness for over 10 years as CEO of The Fitness Doctor Inc. His mission to empower the community to get healthy is further evident in his role as a spokesperson for the American Heart Association’s “Power To End Stroke” health initiative. He is the gifted author of “The Fitness Doctor 50 Tips of the Day” book, a practical and spiriitual guide to help you establish and maintain a healthy life. In addition he writes a monthly column for The Positive Community Magazine.
Rev. Kahlil is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from NY Theological Seminary. He is excited and in awe of the awesome power of God at work through the birth of It Is Well Living Church. His commitment to preach the word of God through love, understanding, simplicity and practicality, can be experienced weekly at It Is Well Living Church where services are held in Monroe Township, New Jersey.
ABOUT YEVETTE CARMICHAEL
Yevette Carmichael serves with her husband, Rev. Kahlil Carmichael to reach those in need of healing through the word of God and Jesus Christ. She considers her first ministry to be her family through her roles as wife and mother. With a BA in Sociology Yevette is very sensitive to the negative effects of the environment on certain groups especially women and children. She feels blessed to further serve communities in need through her role as an education administrator. Through her women’s ministry Women Without Walls, she has helped both single and married women reach their full potential by focusing on the word of God and their personal relationship of accountability to God through workshops, prayer, bible study, and retreats to heal and restore.
